The assumptions of the algorithm, the certainty of market data, the compromises of consumer insight — these trappings are all imaginary. Imaginary Beings is a creative collective that challenges these assumptions, inviting its audience to collaborate in creative acts of sabotage.

 

Imaginary Beings is about bringing creatives together to freely explore and experiment. IB is driven by an innate curiosity, not a creative brief or any arbitrary financial goal. This attitude and ethos is reflected in IB’s visual identity, and boiled down to its simplest form in their logo. The logo mark is an abstracted monogram made of building blocks that conjures a sense of both play and tangible construction.
